I have tried almost all of their spices. I recommend them all. The family likes when I grill steaks with each having a different rub on them.

A few years back, a friend gave us a package of this salt; I can't say that I had it before. It is delicious and I use it in a variety of my cooking. It has a unique flavor and texture, and sometimes other salts won't do. I watched the supply dwindle and knew it was time to buy some more. Was pleased to see that Kauai Coffee would be the seller because of its great customer service and quality of products!

The Alaea Red Sea Salt was the missing ingredient in my Poke dish. I am sure glad I had some when I made my Poke this time
