Kauai Coffee Company names Mark Bogner General Manager
Kauai Coffee Company welcomes Mark Bogner as its new General Manager. Kauai Coffee Company today announced the appointment of Mark Bogner as General Manager. Bogner will report directly to Scott Meader, CEO of Massimo Zanetti Beverage USA (MZB-USA), reflecting a deepened integration with the parent company to support the continued growth and development of the Kauai business.
“We are excited for Mark to lead our team as the new General Manager of Kauai Coffee, as he brings deep agricultural knowledge, strong technical expertise, and a collaborative leadership style,” said Brian Kubicki, who served as acting General Manager for Kauai Coffee for the past year.
Bogner brings more than 30 years of agricultural operations experience to Kauai Coffee Company. Before being appointed to General Manager, Bogner was a consultant to the farm, offering valuable insight and leadership support. Prior to that, he served as the Farm Operations Manager at Hartung Brothers in Kekaha. He is active in Hawaii’s agricultural community through his work with the Hawaii Crop Improvement Association and the Kauai Farm Bureau.
“I’ve had the privilege of getting to know the Kauai Coffee team and I am continually impressed by their focus, resilience, and commitment to one another,” states General Manager Mark Bogner. “I've come to appreciate the people, culture, and rich history that make Kauai Coffee such a special part of Kauai. I am honored to serve in this role and look forward to working alongside our team as we build on that legacy.”
