How can I create a subscription?

Follow the steps below to create a subscription:

  1. Navigate to the product page of the desired subscription item.
  2. On the product page:
  3. Subscribe to as many coffees as you like by repeating the process above and adding these items to the cart.
  4. When you are ready to check out, click on the Checkout Now button from the shopping basket to complete checkout. 
  5. In the checkout process, you will be asked to acknowledge that you are agreeing to a subscription that will renew at the price and frequency listed until it is canceled.

I'm about to run out of coffee, how can I get my order to ship ASAP?

Below are the steps to have your next subscription order shipped immediately. In addition to changing this interval, you can also:

  • Schedule orders to ship on specific dates
  • Change the shipping interval between 30, 60 & 90 days.
  • Or skip shipments
  • Or indefinitely pause your subscription.

Steps to have your next subscription order ship immediately:

  1. Sign in to your account by clicking on the Account link.
  2. Once you have signed in and are on the Account page, click on the Subscriptions link.
  3. On the Manage Your Subscription page, click on the Place order now button in the Billing schedule menu.
  4. The popup menu provides three options; most choose option 2:
    Note: clicking Option 1 or 2 will immediately process your next subscription order

Note during sales events and holidays times it may take a few additional days for your order to ship.

Can I add a one time purchase to ship with my subscription order? Yes you can!

Yes, you can add any items to ship with your subscription.

Follow the steps below to add items:

  1. Sign in to your account by clicking on the Account link.
  2. Once on the Account page, Click on Subscriptions.
  3. On the Manage Your Subscription page, click on the Edit button in the Items menu.
  4. Click on the Add Item button.
  5. Search for the desired product and click the One-time purchase button.
  6. On the next screen you will see the One-time purchase highlighted in yellow. Confirm the changes by clicking on the Save button.

In addition, you can adjust quantities, remove items, and change the coffee grind options.

How can I add a new coffee to my subscription?

Yes, you can change or add an additional new coffee to your subscription.

Follow the steps below to add items:

  1. Sign in to your account by clicking on the Account link.
  2. Once on the Account page, Click on Subscriptions.
  3. On the Manage Your Subscription page, click on the Edit button in the Items menu.
  4. Click on the Add Item button.
  5. Search for the desired product and click the Add button. This will create a new subscription.
  6. On the next screen, you can remove any items by clicking on the Remove link. Confirm the changes by clicking on the Save button.

In addition, you can adjust quantities, add a one-time purchase, and change the coffee grind options.

Where do I update the shipping address of my subscription?

Follow the steps below to update the shipping address for your subscription:

  1. Sign in to your account by clicking on the Account link.
  2. Once you have signed in and are on the Account page, click on the Subscriptions link.
  3. On the Manage Your Subscription page, click on the Edit button in the Shipping menu.
  4. On the popup menu, make your address updates and click the Save button and you are all set!
