We visited the Kauai Coffee plantation and was excited to have the chance to test 10 different varieties of coffee. I am still a bit of a newbie so it was helpful to give each one a try and while there were a few great ones, the Red Catuai was by far my favorite. I bought a medium sized bag which I drank fairly quick (I'm a 12oz+ size coffee drinker every morning) and ended up buying the bulk 5lb bag of whole beans. I like to grind them myself and use the pour over method every morning. It's so smooth and for me pairs well with just a hint of demerara sugar and heavy cream.
