This along with all other coffee varieties offered is top notch. I'm referring to using a one cup brewer to make a cup. The bitterness is low level making it more palatable. Not sure if they air roast the beans, but this is similar to the flavor quality of an air roasted coffee.

So delicious

I visited Kauai Coffee when I was there in March and came home with five bags of coffee - but not the holiday blend.
