Smooth and delicious. I love that it is 100% Hawaiian and Swiss water processed! It is very convenient that I can select the grind I want based on how I brew my coffee. Looking forward to my coffee of the month! I purchased this for my brother as a gift after visiting the plantation and learning about the Swiss water processed. He is super sensitive to the caffeine and it’s the only coffee he can have.
