Our family visited and fell in love with Kauai in 2019. My mother-in-law fell in love with this mug and bought it when we visited the Kauai Coffee facility. That visit was one of the highlights of our trip.

It was her favorite mug and she used it every morning. It was accidentally broken and although she said it was OK, I know she was upset. I found it on their website and ordered a replacement about an hour later unbeknownst to her. It arrived in a few days and it was like old times again!

Very easy process to order. Really good communication on the order, tracking and delivery steps. Very good delivery time!

I love this mug. When I broke the one that I bought when we were in Kauai I had to replace it.
