I love coconut and this syrup is very good. The thickness makes it easier to use less and still get the delicious taste since I need to watch my sugar and carbs. Don't feel like I am depriving myself of something good.

We warm up the syrup, add bananas to our pancake mix and sprinkle coconut flakes and crushed macadamia nuts on top.
