Roasted weekly on the premises of our Visitor Center Roaster. Roast dates will vary week to week, usually Wednesday and Thursday. This coffee is usually only roasted on Thursday. 

Scheduled roaster does a live roasting demonstration starting at around 9:30 am and the coffee is available for sale as soon as they are bagged. Normally, roasting 30 - 35 bags of coffee.

Visitor Center is now open Mon-Fri from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and on Saturday & Sundays from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.

This 10 ounce coffee is dark roasted.
