This mug is heavy just like the ones I remember in coffee shops feels good to hold holds just the right amount of coffee.

This beautiful mug was a replacement for one I had purchased for someone's birthday that had a chip in it (even though it was packed very carefully). The customer service was amazing and they shipped a new one to me right away! The gift receiver and I had visited Kauai Coffee in person together so I thought a mug and coffee would prolong the memories quite well :)

I had the same one from a few years ago and ordered a new one because mine was badly chipped. I wanted to replace it because it brings back good memories. The new one looks cheaper and is slightly smaller and is glazed instead of the flat finish that the last one had. The older one was much better quality and appears to be a slightly different color

Just the right size, good feel, keeps the beverage hot.
