Shipping Information

Kauai Coffee uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) for its shipments. If you have a street address that the USPS does not deliver to, make sure to include your P.O. Box. If a shipment is returned to us because you provided a shipping address that USPS does not deliver to, you will incur the additional shipping charge for us to send it to your correct address.

Case Discounts*

Case discounts will be applied for the following quantities:
12 qty: 10 oz bags
6 qty: 24 oz bags
3 qty: 5lb bags
* Discount is applied to case quantities only. Additional quantities will be charged at the regular retail rate.

Return Policy & Guarantee

Should you not be satisfied with your purchase in any way – if it arrives damaged or if it’s lost in transit, etc – we will replace the shipment or refund your purchase. Returns can be made within 10 days of receipt. Upon receipt of your return, we will credit a full refund for the cost of the items. We do not refund shipping costs.
